Creative Content Manager at Faith in Public Life
Mackenzie has worked at Faith in Public Life since September 2017. She currently is the Creative Content Manager where she implements strategic planning around multimedia, design and social media. Faith in Public Life is a national movement of clergy and faith leaders united in the prophetic pursuit of justice, equality and the common good, their multi-faith and multiracial coalition works on revisit hereproductive health equity and democracy at the local, state and federal level. She began her journey at FPL as a Communications Associate where she drafted and distributing media advisories and press releases, was a ghost writer for national and state-based faith leaders on voting rights, access to affordable healthcare and immigration restrictions. She managed press conferences and pitched media on the work of the organization.

Management of Tina Carzon
Tina Carzon (they/them/siya) is a multi-artist and musician, was born in Manila, Philippines and raised in Washington, D.C. Their work often delves into the exploration of identity, self-reflective consciousness, and gender in hopes to learn and understand society from a cultural perspective.
Mackenzie was hired by Tina in 2022 and is working under contract management of Tina. Mackenzie works on day to day management, creative direction, concert production, fundraising and media relations. For information about upcoming tours, visit here.

We all have stories to tell and Mackenzie is passionate about bringing a unique perspective to the content she works on. From graphic design to creative direction, Mackenzie has worked as a multimedia freelancer since 2017.

The systemic issues in America have a wide web of roots but grow from the same trunk. A major player feeding the issues is the disparity of wealth between classes, races and genders. Essentially, wealth inequality affects everyone.
Cabrini University communication students were asked to be a part of this honors senior thesis where they pick a social justice topic then research, report, create multimedia content. Mackenzie was the Content Strategist and Interview Manager for the site, she structured, edited and organized the content, while aiding all team members during their interview process.

Undergraduate Achievements
Mackenzie loved her alma mater, Cabrini College, now, Cabrini University. It was here where she found her passion in telling stories for change. She was the Content Strategist and Interview Manager for her honor’s thesis course. The course was a year long intensive student-produced multimedia website. The team received a Silver Davey Award from the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts for the Social Responsibility category via AmericanWealthInequality.com. The yearlong Honors Convergence class is where students create and collect video, audio, creative writing, and photography around a common theme.
She was the Editor-in-Chief of Cabrini’s online and print newspaper The Loquitur where she oversaw a team of 50 both editors and staff writers. The team rebranded the of school paper and website. The Loquitur ultimately was a finalist for two American Collegiate Press Pacemaker awards: Design of the Year 2015 and Best Editorial Illustration 2015.
